How the alerts work
You get a once-daily digest of new sales in your counties, ranked best-deal
first, plus an instant heads-up when a standout (A/B grade on a trustee-published loan amount)
appears. Everything is an estimate from public records — always verify with the trustee and
confirm the sale is still scheduled before bidding.
